Research Institute in Education (INIE, for its acronym in Spanish)

It promotes and facilitates interdisciplinary research and links its results with the guidelines and educational practices and programs of training and formation. It collaborates with the Ministry of Public Education and private entities as requested, through the services of advising, consulting and training.

Objectives

  • To conduct inter and transdisciplinary research in formal education and in non-school contexts generating relevant knowledge for the construction of contributions and critical, transformative and innovative solutions.

Main functions

  • Development of research projects linked to the formal education and in non- schooled contexts.
  • Promotion of the internationalization of the academic work of the institute.
  • Dissemination of the academic production of the institute.
  • Articulation of research projects with the community outreach, teaching extension and university teaching.
